Dale, a licensed auctioneer in Ohio and Kentucky, is also a licensed real estate agent. He is a certified appraiser and a member of Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA) and a Registered Sanitarian for the State of Ohio.

Pat is a Real Estate Broker, licensed in Ohio. She is also a registered nurse, currently a professor at University of Rio Grande in the Nursing Program.

We have two children, who along with their families, help with the business. Don’t be surprised if you see one of our six grandchildren holding up merchandise at one our sales in an effort to assist us.
